Cancellation Policy

Alaskan Summertime Charters requires a two week notice of cancellation to avoid penalty. Less than two weeks notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the credit card on record.  Medical emergencies may be given special consideration.

All charters are subject to a 6% City of Seward sales tax per person, per day, and a $3.50 per person per day Seward Harbor port fee. Should the fuel price exceed $3.00/gallon during the 2007 charter season, a $10 per person fuel surcharge will be implemented.
